Welcome to Film Scan Pro! By downloading, installing, or using the Film Scan Pro mobile application, developed by Robert Gaffaney, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Film Scan Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. In-App Purchases

Some features, including the option to remove advertisements via a subscription, require payment. The following applies:

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and subject to their policies.
• Ensure a valid payment method is linked to your device.
• Subscriptions start at $0.99/month for ad removal and auto-renew unless canceled via the app store. A 7-day free trial is offered, after which billing begins unless canceled. A one-time purchase option of approximately $6.99 provides permanent ad removal.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or app store terms. Contact comquestcorp@gmail.com for support.
• Subscribing or purchasing permanently removes AdMob ads; data collection for advertising ceases upon successful transaction.

3. User Conduct

Use Film Scan Pro lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

• Modify, distribute, or reproduce the app without consent.
• Use it for fraud, harm, or to infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and features in Film Scan Pro are owned by or licensed to Robert Gaffaney. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Privacy Policy

Review our Privacy Policy (http://www.comquestcorp.com/FilmScanPrivacyPolicy-2025.htm) to understand data collection, including camera, storage, contact, and AdMob tracking.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Robert Gaffaney is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from app use, including errors, data loss, or interruptions. Total liability is capped at $50 unless law requires more.

7. App Updates and Changes

We may update Film Scan Pro with new features or changes. Continued use accepts these updates.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
