Welcome to What? Ask AI! By downloading, installing, or using the What? Ask AI mobile application (the “App”), developed by Robert Gaffaney under Comquest Corporation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Robert Gaffaney / Comquest Corporation. Use of the App constitutes acceptance. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
The App is free to download and offers three subscription tiers: Free, Standard, and Premium. Paid tiers remove advertisements and unlock higher usage limits.

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by or licensed to Robert Gaffaney / Comquest Corporation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App sends your queries to third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate responses. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of those responses. Use the generated content at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robert Gaffaney / Comquest Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or $50 if no payment was made).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located there.
